Reiki supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. It promotes healing on all levels- mind, body, emotional, and spiritual. Reiki helps each of us find the natural healing power within us and use it to live our lives to the fullest while helping others to do the same.

Reiki is very effective even at a distance as energy knows no barriers. It is important to understand that everything is energy, energy always was and will be, energy never died it just changes form.​

Distance Reiki

Distance Reiki offers all the benefits of Reiki across distance, time and space. The receiver can be in another city or country. Distance Reiki works with the conscious mind and the mental and physical body.

A Distance Reiki session with Stephanie will happen live via Zoom, where during the session Stephanie will explain how your energy is moving and what to expect. You are invited to lie comfortably during your session. It is recommended to have a relaxing environment post-session to sit in the benefits of this treatment.

Intuitive Reiki Session & Card Pull

This session includes 60 minutes of Intuitive Hour Reiki (see description), followed by a 3-card pull (using an Oracle Deck of your choosing) with guidance & interpretation offered by Stephanie. Available in-person or virtually. $155 CAD (~$110 USD)

This session includes 60 minutes of Reiki, with a deep dive into understanding your energy body. You can expect this session to be more conversation-style as we dive deep into your energy. Come with an open mind and willingness to go deeper into understanding your energy to get answers about what is going on physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally. The use of sound, smoke, and crystals can be incorporated into these sessions. Available in-person or virtually. $133 CAD (~$95 USD)
