Learn the three symbols of Second-Degree Reiki and how to use them in sessions, distance work, and everyday life to strengthen your practice.
Foundations for Practicing on Others
We’ll review Level One and the chakra system — this time with a focus on others. You’ll also need a volunteer to join you on Day Two so you can practice an in-person Reiki session.
Treatments, Space Clearing & Boundaries
Learn how to offer full sessions, send Distance Reiki, clear spaces and items, and build solid energetic boundaries so you feel confident as a practitioner.
Next Steps & Ongoing Support
We’ll cover what it means to exchange for Reiki, the 21-day clearing cycle, homework, and how to stay connected in the Medium in the Middle Reiki community.

FAQs
How long do I need to wait in-between the Reiki Level One and Level Two courses?
It is required that a minimum of 21 days between Reiki Level One an Reiki Level Two Courses elapses due to the 21 day clearing process which occurs after each Reiki Course. It is recommended that students wait 1-3 months in-between courses. When you are called, you will know it is time to move on to Level Two.
What is the prerequisite for Usui Reiki Level Two Course?
Usui Reiki Level One Course must have been taken minimum 21 days prior to taking Reiki Level Two. To keep all training consistent, only Medium in the Middle Level One Students are accepted into the Usui Reiki Level Two Courses.
Why do students move on to Level Two?
Many students want to fully learn how to do a reiki session on someone else. They wish to learn distance reiki, how to clear a room and how to clear items, how to use the reiki symbols and to expand their connection to reiki energy. Many students feel called to continue their reiki journey through the Level Two Course.
