Distance Reiki

Distance Reiki offers all the benefits of Reiki across distance, time and space. The receiver can be in another city or country. Distance Reiki works with the conscious mind and the mental and physical body.

A Distance Reiki session with Stephanie will happen live via Zoom, where during the session Stephanie will explain how your energy is moving and what to expect. You are invited to lie comfortably during your session. It is recommended to have a relaxing environment post-session to sit in the benefits of this treatment.

*Great for half body/one area of focus, or a quick tune-up. This service is only offered with distance reiki.

60-minute session
$111 CAD

*Full body session, recommended for first appointment. Available in-person or virtually. A peaceful and relaxing Reiki energy healing session. During this session, you can expect a more quiet experience, with less talking, and more energy healing. I will gently move around your body to balance your energy field and chakras. At the end of the session, I will explain how your energy is moving, and how you can expect to feel in the coming days.

Reiki & Card Pull

* This session includes 60 minutes of Reiki followed by a 3-card pull (using an Oracle Deck of your choosing) with guidance & interpretation offered by Stephanie. Available in-person or virtually.

Energy Combo

30 minutes of PSYCH-K® followed by 30 minutes of Distance Reiki

60-minute session. We will cover 5 limiting belief statements with PSYCH-K, followed by 30 minutes of Distance Reiki. A perfect combo!

intuitive hour

60 minutes of Reiki, including an intuitive dive into your energy.

This session includes 60 minutes of Reiki, with a deep dive into understanding your energy body. You can expect this session to be more conversation-style as we dive deep into your energy. Come with an open mind and willingness to go deeper into understanding your energy to get answers about what is going on physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally. The use of sound, smoke, oracle cards and crystals can be incorporated into these sessions.
