The medium in the middle

I am happy you have found yourself here. I am the host of the Medium in the Middle Podcast, a Reiki Master Teacher, a Spiritual and Business Mentor, a PSYCH-K® facilitator, an Intuitive Psychic Medium, and an all-around Energy Enthusiast.

My passion is helping others using these energy modalities to support you in your own personal life journey and development. I try to make energy and spirituality as relatable and approachable for everyone! The goal of my podcast is to help open the listener’s eyes to the world of energy and spirit, to get curious as to what this beautiful world has to offer and what is available to you!

I have been practicing energy work since 2018, and I will forever be a student of this work. I love connecting with clients and supporting them with their physical, mental, emotional and energetic bodies. I am not currently offering one-on-one mediumship readings. WHERE IT ALL BEGAN

It was early 2018, and the word “Reiki” caught my attention.

After my first Reiki course, I was hooked and my “gifts” really started to expand and come to the forefront of my life. Over the next few years, I took a deep dive into my spiritual development to discover my true self. I was a normal everyday girl, working at Lululemon, teaching CrossFit ...turned medium overnight it seemed! I share my entire journey, from day one, my on my podcast - the Medium in the Middle.
